The first meeting of Advisory Board of India Commonwealth SME Association (ICSA) was held at Commonwealth Secretariat, Marlborough House, London from 1~2 Sept 2016.
Following their first meeting in London in September this year, the Advisory Board of India- Commonwealth SME Association (ICSA) was convened in New Delhi on 8th Nov 2016.

It is with profound grief I share the news of sudden demise of our hugely respected and beloved Sri Lankan colleague Dr. Saman Kelegama. Nobody could imagine that one of the most articulate panellists of our High-level Policymakers Roundtable held on 30th May 2017 during first India-Commonwealth MSME Summit, would leave so abruptly. He was barely 58.
